Cancellation/ Refund Policy
To cancel or reschedule, we require a 24hr notice or notice by 8am the day before the rental. Cancellation after set-up forfeits any refund and full amount is due. Proper cancellation or reschedule will ensure that your deposit can be used for a future rental at out availability.

Delivery
All units must stay at the address of the rental and are not allowed to be taken down or moved once inflated. All equipment must stay at location of delivery. All deliveries will arrive between 8am and 12pm, or 15 minutes before event time unless otherwise arranged between both parties.

Renters Responsibilities Regarding All Equipment
Once the product has been delivered, the customer/renter assumes all responsibility to ensure the equipment is maintained, used properly and assumes responsibility if equipment is lost, damaged and/or stolen. We Prohibit the use of any oils, soaps or other substances on our slides and bounce house. Lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed, or unreturned equipment is customer/renters responsibility to cover the cost to replace the same or closest comparable equipment at current retail price.

Inherent Risk of Using Equipment and Waiver.
Customer/Renter and any and all product/equipment users/participants and/or legal guardians understand that use of equipment involves an inherent risk or personal injury and even death, and elect to voluntarily participate and use the equipment knowing that the their use and participations may be hazardous to them and their property. Customer/Renter and any and all participants/users of equipment understand that 321 Jump N Slide, LLC does not require their participation and use of equipment. Equipment users/ customers/renters assume all responsibilities of any risk, of loss, property damage, or personal injury, including death, that they may sustain as a result of using any of the equipment.

Insurance Requirements
Customers/Renters may purchase liability insurance on equipment at customers/renters desire.
